New Beginnings - Gainesville Newborn Photographer

As a photographer I feel extremely honored each time a family invites me to take part in their journey. I love being able to capture the beginning of a life and of the start of a new chapter.

I get so excited as the due date gets closer and closer and when I finally get to meet one of "my babies" it never fails to amaze me that there was actually a baby in there. How amazing is our God!

Ok, so right now I am in absolute love with this portrait. Thats one of the things I love about photographing newborns, each baby is different and each connection is unique. This little one happened to come in for his checkup the same day we were photographing sessions at the birthing center. I'm so glad he did, mom looked amazing just a day after giving birth, and dad was absolutely smitten with his son. Baby Gab, I can't wait to see you grow :)

Christening - Gainesville Florida Baby Photographer

You may remember this little one from back in February when we posted a shot of him at six days old. Since then he has grown and is becoming a cute little chunk, I'm glad that we were able to photograph him in his Christening outfit before he got too big for them.

2 days old - Gainesville Florida Newborn Photographer

This little came a week and half ago, before we could photograph her mommy's (beautiful I am sure) baby bump. But she was an early surprise worth meeting indeed. At 2 days old she was both the newest and best newborn yet.

To Mom and Dad I enjoyed photographing Baby J thanks for being such great sports even with all the crazy(but safe) ideas :). I can't wait to see how she grows.

I'm late blogging this one but this little one was a dream to shoot at 6 days old he was the most calm newborn I have seen yet and the biggest weighing 9lb 13oz at birth. You could see the excitement that mom and dad had for their son. I enjoyed working with y0u guys and can't wait to see how Baby N grows.

Baby J was born towards the end of January, to parents that just could not wait to meet him. This little one's session was done at six days old and he did great! We got peed, spit-uped, and popped on all typical for a newborn session but it was all worth it.

Mr. L - Gainesville FL Baby Photographer

We recently had the pleasure of photographing Mr. L, this little man was just the sweetest and a great sport throughout his session.

We decided to have the option of in-home photography, becuase it gives you an opportunity to enjoy the luxury of studio photography in the comfort of your own home. I am always amazed by the sense of trust our clients have in us to not only capture their child's memories but to also welcome us into their safe haven.

Pregnancy portraits with the Birth Center of Gainesville!

On the 1st of October I had the pleasure of working with The Birth Center of Gainesville to offer 5 pregnancy photography sessions. Since most of our maternity sessions are done in home the home-like feel of the center was perfect not to mention how nice it was inside. To top it off I had the pleasure of photographing the most stunning mothers to be.

This lovely mama was in-between due dates and still a great sport willing to move wherever I wanted her.
